HOW CAN I FOLLOW JESSICA RESCH NEWS?
By subscribing to our Jessica Resch Newsletter, you will be one of the first to hear about new products, events and news from the House of Jessica Resch Design.

CAN I PURCHASE JESSICA RESCH PRODUCTS ONLINE?
All products listed on the website are available to order unless otherwise stated on the product page. To ensure quality and unique designs we offer limited quantities in each style. It is always best to purchase sooner rather than later, as the pieces are couture and will not be recreated once sold out.
We currently do not offer a boutique nor is our brand carried by any retailers. In the future this may change, please sign up for our newsletter for all news regarding Jessica Resch Couture.


HOW CAN I FIND A JESSICA RESCH BOUTIQUE?
Jessica Resch Couture is not currently available in any physical store fronts of our own or affiliated retailers.

HOW CAN I GET HELP WITH PLACING MY ORDER?
Our customer care ambassadors are available to answer any of your questions between the hours of 8 am EST and 5 pm EST Monday - Saturday. Please use the chat icon available in the bottom right of the page to receive help. We do not currently offer telephone support but will do so soon in the future.  


CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact the Jessica Resch Couture Customer Care Team at service@jessicaresch.com. Due to the nature of our design process, all order must be cancelled within 24 hours of order for an eligible refund.

HOW IS MY ORDER PREPARED?
Once your order has been received we will get to work on assembling your gown. All dresses are couture and are processed according to your measurements, assembled by hand and packaged for shipment. All orders will ship within two weeks of the order date if there are no delays or issues. If there are any delays or issues we will be in contact with you.

HOW CAN I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY ONLINE PURCHASE?
For all orders placed on our jessicaresch.com a receipt will be emailed to you promptly, as well as available to print after the order has processed. We will also send you a paper receipt within your package. If you create an account on jessicaresch.com you will easily be able to access all orders and their information.
I would like to give a gift
Gift cards are available to purchase on our website and are emailed to the gift recipient. Gift cards are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE ACCEPTED ON THE Jessicaresch.COM WEBSITE?
Payment for purchases on jessicaresch.com can be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Discover.

YOUR DELIVERY


HAS MY ORDER BEEN SENT?
All orders are usually sent within two weeks of order as they are made custom to your size for you! Once an order has been completed and sent to shipment you will receive a USPS tracking code in your email. If you chose Local Delivery or Local Pickup at check out, you will receive an email when it is available.
In preparation: the order has been validated and is being prepared.
Completed: the order has been shipped to the delivery address that you provided when you placed your order online. You can track your order using the tracking number emailed to you. If you chose Local Pick up or Delivery you will be contacted via email and/or telephone to schedule a time for pickup or delivery.
Pending: payment for the order has not been finalized. A customer care member will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with your order.
Cancelled: the order has been canceled by you or due to lack of availability of the product. It is also possible that payment of your order has not been validated.


HOW CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
You can track your shipment via the USPS tracking code provided to you by email. If you do not see this email in your primary inbox please check your spam or junk folders. If you have not received a shipment tracking code within two weeks of the order please contact our customer care team at service@jessicaresch.com


HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Your items can be delivered to your home address or to the address that you provided when placing your order on jessicaresch.com. All shipments are sent by USPS priority mail and should arrive between 2-4 days of the shipment date. If there are any delays in shipments or anticipated delays you will be notified via email and/or telephone by our Customer Care Team.


I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT CAN I DO?
Please contact our Customer Care Team at service@jessicaresch.com if you have not received your package.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER


CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT PURCHASED ON JESSICARESCH.COM?
Products can be returned via mail to us within 7 days of you receiving your order.  Products will only be eligible for return if they have intact tags, any accompanying accessories, documents and original packaging as well as the receipt. If you wish to return your gown please email our Customer Care Team at service@jessicaresch.com for shipping information.
If you are returning a dress due to sizing issues we strongly urge you to have your gown altered. Our designs are one of a kind, couture gowns and are made to fit the dress size closest to your measurements to allow for custom tailoring so that the product fits you.
Once your item has been returned you will be reimbursed by credit or bank transfer, depending on the method of payment used when making your online purchase. For card payments, you will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the items by Jessica Resch Couture. For payments made by bank transfer, the refund will take longer to arrive.
For any additional information regarding the terms of return, exchange and reimbursement, you can also refer to our general terms and conditions of sale.
Once returned, please specify your preference (for reimbursement or exchange) and your reasons for return.


WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR IF IT IS NOT THE PRODUCT I ORDERED?
If one of your products is damaged or the items delivered do not correspond to your order, please contact  our Customer Care Team at service@jessicaresch.com or by chat on our website.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A Pre-Order is a first look and opportunity to purchase a collection or one of a kind design before it’s actual release date to the public. In order to have access to pre-orders you must become a Jessica Resch Couture Member. You can become a member via our website.
Our newsletter will also announce the availability of Pre-Orders and remind you to sign up as a member.


HOW DO I PRE-ORDER A PRODUCT?
In order to Pre-Order you will sign in to your membership account and then be able to purchase the product as you would for any other available product on our website. Remember, these items may seem as if they are available to the public but you will have access to a Members-Only shopping portal for Pre-Orders.

HOW CAN I BE INFORMED OF EXHIBITIONS ABOUT JESSICA RESCH COUTURE?
If you have subscribed to the Jessica Resch Newsletter, you will be kept informed about all the  news (fashion shows, exhibitions, new boutiques, etc.). You can also visit jessicaresch.com and click exhibitions for updates on events, news, shows and retailers.
